Campbell lies southwest of San Jose near the highlands of the Santa Cruz Mountains. It has the benefit of suburban life with easy access to bigger cities and industry; some major technology campuses are within a few miles, and Santa Cruz is less than 30 miles away.

Community is a big part of why people choose Campbell, CA. While not a big city, you can always find something interesting to do here—or, if you cannot find it here, you can find it within driving distance. Various events, such as art walks, festivals, and family activities, are scheduled throughout the year. However, the actual allure of Campbell is its charming, small-town feel.

Dining, Entertainment & Shopping in Campbell

The neon lights, polished concrete, and exposed ceiling give the Wild Rose Eatery and Bar a  club vibe that just about screams for a photo op with friends. Listen to the music as you sip your mango deck—their popular signature drink. You cannot go wrong ordering the juicy brisket sliders. It is definitely a go-to place in downtown Campbell.

Uncle John’s Pancake House serves hot breakfast and lunch and is sure to please. The light, fluffy pancakes and amazing breakfast burrito are solid hits, and the mimosas are not bad, either. Uncle John's has retro diner decor with booths and tables. For some fun, sit at the bar with its crazy long countertop. It can get busy, so check in online to avoid the wait.

Be.Steak.A is a stylish, upscale Italian-inspired steakhouse. As you would imagine, the mouth-watering steak is superb; the restaurant’s name gives it away. The experience is memorable, and the attentive, caring staff will keep you coming back for more.

Luna Mexican Kitchen is serious about its food. It is doubtful that many other restaurants grind their corn by hand, but Luna does. In addition, they use farm-to-table organic ingredients to ensure every meal is fresh and good for you. When you finish your delicious bacon-wrapped shrimp taco, take a stroll around the rest of the Pruneyard Shopping Center. In addition to the other great restaurants like Luna, there are retail shops, a grocer, and a movie theater.

For a hometown-feel shopping excursion, head to Downtown Campbell. The tree-lined streets here feature charming locally-owned boutiques. Spend the day shopping with friends or come back downtown in the evening to experience its nightlife.
