He helped me negotiate a protracted, complex real estate deal (single family home contingent on a sale of another home) but kept an even temperament throughout. Oftentimes, buyers and sellers alike question whether paying agent commission is worth it. Many agents phone it in. Not Josh. He fights hard to protect your interests (as any fiduciary should, but won't necessarily do) and is often several steps ahead of the opposing agent from a tactical standpoint. I highly recommend Josh and will continue to use him for future deals. Just don't take him all for yourself."
